Legal Notice and Terms of Use

By using our website, you – as the User - indicate that you accept these Terms of Use. The operator of Aphroditebeautyshop reserves the right to change any part of this website or this legal notice at any time without notice. The changes do not affect the transactions in progress. Having no knowledge of these Terms of Use will not serve as a basis to any reference.

Phrases used commonly and in this document (e.g. link, website, webpage, e-mail, etc.) will not be explained, since we consider these part of the Hungarian language of the internet, we consider the knowledge of such words natural, as these are words that are necessary for the usage of internet.

Aphroditebeautyshop is available at www.aphroditebeautyshop.com internet address. Its operator is Aphrodite 97 Kft. The Company is responsible for the operation and regular maintenance of the website.

Privacy and data protection

The Personal data of the Customers are only used for our invoicing and the documentation of our accountancy. The Customers' data is handed to the delivery company for the time of the delivery. The delivery companies agree in contracts to keep said data confidential and not disclose it to third parties. When handling data we act in accordance with the Privacy Act. At your written request or via email we will present, modify or delete your personal data (except for those invoice data, which we are obliged to keep by the Accounting Act).

We hereby declare that the information on www.aphroditebeautyshop.com is owned by Aphrodite 97 Kft. Without the Company's written consent granted in advance it is prohibited to store any information from us – not just from our website – and to copy, redistribute or publish any of our webpages.

Limitation of liabilities

Aphrodite 97 Kft will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether for indirect or direct special consequences, losses or expenses, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, our Site; or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Site, even if Aphrodite 97 Kft or its representative had been informed about such possible damage, loss or expense. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it. You may contact third party internet sources at your own responsibility, content of these sources, their relevance, opinions or related items were not supervised, examined or approved by Aphrodite 97 Kft. The orders made through the webshop cannot be considered contracts; therefore Aphrodite 97 Kft is not liable for not delivering products that are not available, or for delays in the delivery.

Cookies

The computer of the visitors of the website is identified by cookies. In order for all content to be visible for the user it is necessary to enable the cookies. According to this cookies can be placed on the visitor's computer during the download of some parts of this website. These cookies are essential for the operation of some functions of the webshop.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by your browser. When this occurs the Operator does not send any notification to the Customer.

The Operator uses two kinds of cookies:

- Session cookies: these are automatically deleted after the Customer's visit of the page. These cookies are for the more efficient and more secure operation of the Operator's webshop, they are essential for the proper operation of some functions or applications of the webshop.

- Persistent cookies: these are used by the Operator in order to be able to provide better user experience to the Customer (e.g. optimized navigation). These cookies are stored for longer periods of time by the browser. The length of the period of time is determined by the settings of the Customer's browser. With these cookies the Operator collects data, not storing names, for marketing and optimization. These cookies are used so that the Operator can identify the special requirements of particular customer groups and send them personalised promotions. The Operator does not use the data to personally identify the Customer. Naturally the Customer can at any time disable such usage of these data via any of the contact details of the Operator mentioned above.

The abovementioned information can be used by the Operator for sake of the website's operation, for sending customized newsletters or for statistical purposes.

A part of the services on Aphroditebeautyshop is only available for registered visitors. The registration is free of charge.

The registered user accepts that in case of violating any rules in this notice the owner/operator of Aphroditebeautyshop can limit or cancel the access of the registered user.

We only request such information from You during your purchase that are essential for the delivery of your order. We also need your telephone number in order to be able to discuss upcoming questions with you, therefore it is important that we can reach you on the number that you provided.

With regards to this, please provide us with the accurate data.

When handling your data we act in accordance with the Privacy Act. The service provider considers the data strictly confidential and will not disclose them to third parties, for further information please see 'Privacy and data protection'. The only exceptions from this are the data that are necessary for the delivery of the product.

Cancellation

The Customer that qualifies as consumer can cancel the contract in 14 days (including the 14th day). The method of this is laid down in Government Decree 17/1999. (II.5.) on distance selling. The Customer may practice their right for cancellation starting the day of taking the delivery. In case of practicing their right for cancellation the Customer has to manage sending back the delivered product on Customer's own cost. The product cannot be returned by sending collect. The product must be in new condition and unopened. If the product is ruined or used, the product will not be refunded. In case of cancellation our company can demand the compensation of the damage in the product if the damage is due to unintended use. Except from the abovementioned Customer is not required to pay any other costs in case of cancellation.

Cancellation is possible in our stores, or using mail or delivery services.
